Foreman/Site Superintendent
- Dedicated to exceeding quality standards
- Continually monitor safety precautions at job site to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain project schedule
- Communicate with general contractor and project manager
- Plan meetings with clients to ensure successful product delivery
- Open and close the jobsite at the designated times
- Coordinate safety and site inspections
- Oversee work of all subcontractors
- Responsible for maintaining company truck, trailer, and tools
- Able to travel when necessary
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Construction Site Laborer
- Dedicated to exceeding quality standards
- Continually monitor safety precautions at job site to ensure a safe work environment.
- Work well within team environment
- Understand when to escalate issues to lead/superintendent
- Experience in transporting materials and job-site maintenance, clean-up, excavation, and demolition
- Able to travel when necessary
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
