I wanted to take the time to thank you. We have been working together for nine years and with my added responsibilities my focus is no longer expediting those who directly maintain and renovate our facilities. You have been there for us late in the day or early in the morning, doing whatever it takes to get the job completed. You understand the work area must be safe for kids, not matter how long it takes. You spend our dollar as if it is your own. You act as if the work is being done at your own residence. Whether a small repair, a 6 figure renovation or new construction you want to take pride having your name associated with the finished product.
Now the reason for this email, yesterday one of your team called me regarding a problem at a center. He was concerned about the comfort of the kids and staff. He diagnosed the situation correctly. He took ownership of the problem as if his own kids were within our center. He brought solutions to me with alternatives as if he was paying for the work himself. In today’s world, it is not often that we get great customer service, especially after 5:00PM on a Friday. It is a comfort knowing your team is knowledgeable of our needs and expectations.
